Over the past 15 years, Cramer and Neill have successfully and significantly grown the commercial installation side of our business. We now have the ability to cover the majority of mechanical ventilation services to the construction and resource industry including:

Our installation experience encompasses a wide variety of the above work, in a broad geographic area of Western Australia; this includes projects with a value in excess of $1m. Cramer and Neill have a diverse customer base which includes commercial construction companies, government departments and resource companies.

We have successfully completed both tender projects, design and construction projects and worked closely with a number of mechanical consultants, and architect in delivering these projects.
