**Service & Filter Clean – Small Wall Split AC up to 5.0 kW (Excludes Chemical Clean) includes: Service of mechanical system & clean filters (Excludes Chemical Bag Clean). Inspect the correct operation. Inspect operation of fan and fan speeds. Inspect operation of reversing valve by testing unit on both cooling and heating mode. Test drain line is clear (min 1lt run through drain). Inspect and clean drain tray. Clean Indoor filters & fascia. Inspect system performance by temperature difference across the evaporator method. Inspect system for excessive noise and vibration. Inspect and secure all fan and motor mountings, support brackets. Inspect all refrigerant pipe work for chafing and vibration. Inspect for refrigerant and oil leaks. Ensure unit has current label stating refrigerant type. Inspect and report on any damage.

^Service & Chemical Bag Clean – Small Wall Split AC to 5.0 kW includes: Service of Mechanical System & Full Chemical Bag Clean. Inspect the correct operation. Inspect the operation of the fan and fan speeds. Inspect the operation of the reversing valve by testing the unit in both cooling and heating modes. Clean the return air filter. Perform a chemical bag clean on the indoor unit. Clean the fascia and panels. Test that the drain line is clear by running a minimum of 1 litre through the drain. Inspect and clean the drain tray. Inspect system performance using the temperature difference across the evaporator method. Inspect the system for excessive noise and vibration. Inspect and secure all fan and motor mountings, as well as support brackets. Inspect all refrigerant pipework for chafing and vibration. Inspect for refrigerant and oil leaks. Ensure the unit has a current label stating the refrigerant type. Ensure the condenser is clear of any debris and wash it. Inspect and report on any damage.
